First, you open an account at the brokerage PFGBest by clicking here and then wire your funds into your account once it is opened.
After that, fill out and sign the below documents. For the Program Selection and Fee Disclosure choose RTI Capital, 0% management fee, 20% incentive fee, and 1 pip commission. For the third party agreement check "Forex Only" and sign.
Then fax these to 312 794 7094 or email to info@rticapital.com.
